These terms cover the EVNEXUS mobile app. Product sales, warranties, and dealer terms on evnexus.in are separate.
The app
EVENEXUS PRIVATE LIMITED licenses EVNEXUS to you for personal use with EVNEXUS electric scooters. The app is free and has no in-app purchases.
No account
You do not create a login. Rider name, vehicle details, battery snapshots, and NFC key hashes stay on this phone until you reset local data or uninstall the app.
Bluetooth, NFC, and battery commands
Scan and reconnect talk to your pack over Bluetooth after you start the action. NFC key enrollment is optional and only for V6, Racer, and Igor. The only write the app sends is a rider-confirmed, enable-only MOS recovery. It never turns a path off and never changes EEPROM parameters. Battery Check is guidance, not a certificate that the scooter is safe to ride.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for riding, charging, and servicing the scooter according to the owner resources and local law. Do not use the app while riding. If live data and the vehicle disagree, trust the vehicle and contact service.
Availability
The app needs a compatible Android or iOS phone. Live battery and NFC features need supported hardware and an EVNEXUS pack. We may update or discontinue the app.
